From the Editors

We welcome our authors and readers in2017. Inthe spring issue of our journal diverse materials are collected. First of all, researchers and organizers of continuing education have an excellent opportunity to supplement their pedagogical lexicon taking into account the international experience presented in articles received fromIsrael,UkraineandSwitzerland. This issue opens with an article that presents the author's vision of the prospects for the creation of the Global Education Network as a form of learning on a semantic basis. Several articles deal with concepts related to the realities of various stages of modern continuous education. Among them:  "pre-university component of continuing education", "co-construction", " practice in tandem", "cloud technologies", "family open studios", "pedagogical dynasty".

Readers can find both about critical reflections on paradigmatic mistakes in the modernization of Russian education and a positive experience of innovations. The possibility of successful continuity of teaching is shown in the article about the variability in the implementation of pre-university education, one of the forms of which is the integrative model "University Lyceum". In connection with the informatization of learning and the expansion of its technological support, the problem of educational web resource choice is actualized. It will be useful in theoretical and practical terms to consider the criteria for selection of electronic educational resources, as well as the possibilities and limitations in using the distance and mixed learning platforms in higher education. Several authors write on the changes in the training of teachers in the difficult conditions of modernizing society and the emergence of new standards for various categories of educators, as well as the ways of professionalizing the education of future teachers, for whom it is extremely important to act in a team and to reflect their professional activity. In addition, the possibility of improving the qualifications of teachers on a given topic within the educational organization on the basis of the author's model of individualization of training is shown. Some new perspectives of increasing the social value of the pedagogical profession and the continuity of the educational culture the appeal of one of the authors to pedagogical dynasties as an object of study opens.

We wish everyone an interesting reading and are waiting for new materials and new authors in the coming year. We would like to remind you that our online scientific journal is included in the database of the RINC, ERIH PLUS, registered in the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) system and is included in the first twenty pedagogical  journals registered in the e-library, according to such indicators as the 2-year impact factor (1 , 500) and a five-year impact factor (1,122).
