What new materials a reader may find in the December issue of the journal? One of the key topics is the problem of professional training quality for the Russian system of education. In December issue, the poly-disciplinary approach to the foundation of theoretical-methodological principals of qualitative management for lifelong learning professional education as an example of “helping” professions is presented. On the basis of this approach the complex of conditions, principles, didactic and social-pedagogic mechanisms able to provide with the efficiency of professional-personal development for the specialists of socionomic profile within the system “college – higher educational institution - postgraduate education" is suggested. The situation with pre-school teachers professional training is analyzed on the example of Central Federal District from the perspective of educational directions and services in accordance with the normative requirements, key trends, and development demands for the modern sphere of pre-school education.
A lot of attention is given to the pedagogical potential of using distance educational technologies and network e-resources. The authors profile its various aspects beginning from methods and up to methodology. In particular, the methods of organization of network educational module for extramural students of engineering higher educational institutions designed on the Blackboard e-learning platform are considered. The efficiency of network educational module for Bachelor's Degree and specialists of different educational directions for the course of "Psychology" is evaluated. The elegant analysis is presented about the Internet-communities as a resource open for independent self-education, self-realization, and self-expression of a personality. In the context of the Women's internet-forum as a space of informal education, the opportunity to get personal and social significant results is shown. Alongside, the author of one of the articles warns of some negative aspects of using e-learning, interlinked with the risks of realization of such classic didactic principles as scientificity, accessibility, perception and activity.
The issue of a new quality of relationships being built within the frames of scientific-educational processes is also of significant importance. In particular, the role of personal knowledge and practical role of personal contacts in research activities and education is actualized. In the article of our German colleagues the pedagogical aspects of social concept "the gift exchange theory" as an advanced model of interpersonal relationships under the conditions of economization of educational sphere and pedagogical training is revealed. The social-pedagogical purpose of the course "Service Learning" being spread internationally in a number of countries is shown. To a certain extent, the topic of guidance on the example of Old Believers tradition adjoins to the theme of building up a special type of pedagogical relations. Exemplary that the content of official sites of Old Believers agreements of Russia and states of former Soviet Union serves as an investigation foundation for the research, and this fact once more confirms the penetration of information technologies into all spheres of the modern life.
In the "Modern Lexicon of Lifelong Learning" section of the journal, the comparative analysis of the notions such as electronic, cooperative, blended, inversive learning is accompanied by the reasoning of a French researcher on the appropriateness of referring them to the educational innovations.
