Abstract: the article deals with the issue related to the determination of the effectiveness of the implemented supplementary training program «Programmed Estimate-Analytical Complex A0: the Basis for Development of Estimated and Production Documentation» for students in the field of «Construction». The purpose of writing the article was to review the applied methods of organizing educational activities for an additional training program and a direct evaluation of its effectiveness. In the course of the study, based on the professional standard 16.033 «Specialist in the field of planning and economic support of construction production», the authors created professional com-petencies. The result of their development and the effectiveness of the program were determined with the help of a score-rating system for assessing the students' knowledge. Also during the re-search, the data obtained from questionnaires of students at the end of the supplementary educational program were analyzed. This allowed not only to assess the level of implementation of this program, but also to determine the degree of satisfaction of the educational needs of student builders, thereby determining its further development prospects.
