Abstract: this article presents a tool for identifying educational problems, searching for, and finding ways to correct pedagogical errors, which was developed and tested by the author of the article. The article provides justifications and practical recommendations for using this tool in additional professional education (advanced training) for teachers. During educational activities, various problems arise, which can be divided into separate categories. Each of these categories can significantly hinder the effective implementation of the educational process. The analysis of current educational problems and the search for their effective solutions by teachers is considered as a condition and a means of improving the educational process and creating an attractive and successful educational environment. The strategic reflective table proposed by the author is a tool for organizing systematic group or individual work by student teachers aimed at identifying, reflecting on, and preventing the recurrence of erroneous actions. The table is based on the ideas of systemic-activity, reflective, and practice-oriented approaches in education. The table is described and an algorithm for group work with the table is proposed. This tool can be adapted to solve various problems and specific tasks, as it allows teachers to view situations from different perspectives, thereby generating new ideas and solutions.
