Abstract: the relevance of the professional development of medical staff is determined by the changes taking place in medical activity under the influence of the modernization of the Russian healthcare system. The article shows that the modification of the technological structure and functioning of the medical care system may be accompanied by the emergence of social risks, in particular biotechnological, infodemia, and the risk of human capital. The results of the study presented in the article indicate that there is a relationship between the likelihood of social risk and the level of development of professional competence of a medical professional. The authors attempt to systematize the existing organizational and pedagogical conditions created in the country for the implementation of the ideas of continuous education of healthcare system employees by developing a coordinate plane for the continuous professional development of a medical specialist. The peculiarity of the proposed approach is the substantiation of the informative component of the system of continuous professional development as its semantic component. The issues of designing personalized trajectories of continuous professional development of specialists employed in the medical industry as a tool for minimizing and overcoming social risks of e-health implementation are disclosed.
